Today is kindergarten registration at all 10 Burnsville-Eagan-Savage elementary schools. Times vary from school to school. Children who will be 5-years-old on or before Sept. 1 are eligible to attend kindergarten this fall. Bring your child's birth certificate or other proof of age and immunization records to registration. Arrive early to allow paperwork completion and verification. State law requires that children complete an early childhood screening prior to starting school. This can be done by a family physician or by the school district at no cost to families.
